In Summer, have your flight seeing or fly-in fishing guide pick you up and drop you off right at our dock, or request a tour of the lake on our 15-person pontoon party boat.
In Winter, witness the start of the Iron Dog snowmachine race directly in front of the house, and the historic Iditarod Sled-Dog race just 10 minutes away. Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing around the lake. At night, gather around the massive lakeside stone fire pit under the spectacular Northern Lights.
Blue Lantern Lodge also features a private launch for your boat or jet skis. Use the lodge as your base to explore Denali National Park, Matanuska Glacier, and Knik Glacier. World-class hiking abounds in the surrounding areas.
